Jubal was a 2008 Argov Fellow in Diplomacy, and has served on the Staffs of Congressmen Thaddeus McCotter and Wally Herger. He has served in the Israeli 202nd Airborne in combat, trained to protect American diplomats in Iraq, and co-authored works of fiction. His focus is on the study of terrorism and the Middle East.
